Time to Shine Mobile Beauty Solon is a rising business in which I plan to grow as time passes by. I want to help people see that beauty doesn’t have to be expensive and can be right around the corner with a click of a button.
My Business Goals:

I will not provide a product to sell but actually provide a services that I can go to someone’s house if they wish and do their hair for a convenient price and accommodate to their schedules.

There are many hair salons here but there aren't really any that have low cost quality work. My business will be the business to have good quality work at reasonable price for the average middle/lower class families.
Education
As I will not be dyeing or cutting hair, it is not necessary for me to have any specific training; however I will be going to school in the future to expand my services and have those services available to expand my business.

Product (Services):
My costumers will be relieved of the worry of not being able to complete a professional hair do. I will be the one that will do their hair, not only to their desire, but also do frame and compliment their face. I will do it in the comfort of their home, and will be know as Time to Shine Mobile Beauty Salon. It will be cheaper than normal beauty salons so I used that to make my prices affordable, but were I can make a profit. Place: I will make a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account with all my contact information so people can call me or email me if they have any questions. I would make it clear that I do sell hair accessories an not hair products to avoid confusion. Price: I gave a price to accommodate middle/lower class families. I gave a variety of prices from $10-$25. This will be way cheaper than other hair salons that charge more than $25. Promotion: I will be in contact with family member in town, and out of town. I will first try to target family and friends. This will hopefully lead to meeting their friends and family and them becoming future clients. As I said I will also be making social media pages for me business. Unique Selling Positions:

History of Hairstyling
Throughout history, people have worn their hair in a wide variety of styles, largely determined by the fashions of the culture they live in. Hairstyles are markers and signifiers of social class, age, marital status, racial identification, political beliefs and attitudes about gender.
My Business Location
My business location would be my house. All of my costumers would be taken into a room dedicated to my business so I can do their hair. I can also go to my costumers house and do their hair there however that would add on to the the cost of the services.

Since this would be my only job I can focus on my business and will have the time to accommodate to my clients schedules. Also I will not have employees so I will be the one that makes sure that the job is done right and make sure the money invested will be spent adequately.

1. Curling Hair/Straighten:
a. This would be focused on women/girls that have a special occasion that they need to go to but I will be there to save them from the stress of trying to get their hair right. b. I will have to research were in my community there is need for a beauty salon because if money needs or location. 2. Hair Tips: a. I would focus on friends by telling giving consult their hair and give them advice about what they can to do to make their hair the way they want. b. I will focus in talking to friend an family to see were I can fill in the gaps with my business to help people in their special occasions. 3. Sale of Hair Accessory: a. I would bye hair accessories from a woman I know that makes unique hair pieces for a cheep price. I would add that price to the price of the hair do to be able to continue to make a profit. b. Customer Profile 1:
I will be targeting women that are lower to middle class, and with a family. This can create more business in turn for me so I don’t only have the mom, but her children too. This will also possibly make them regular customers if they like my prices. Competition Analysis
My hair salon has a lot of competition. Hair salons in my area have a lot of years of experience and also degrees. They have their own business locations and are know. Some of them even have regular costumers; however they do have strict business hours that some people can’t use because of their job and/or family.
